Ok, full disclosure: this outfit was inspired by my grandmother’s Christmas tree…is that weird? Sometimes you can take fashion inspiration from the most random places, and this is definitely from my memory of her tree, which always had “snow” on it, and was decorated only in blue, silver, and white ornaments. Her tree was sort of her tribute to her favorite Christmas song, which was “Blue Christmas,” sung by Elvis, of course. Even though hearing that song makes me miss her so much, it brings back so many amazing holiday memories spent around that blue and white tree. Aaaaand…now y’all have caught me getting all sentimental!
