Los Angeles can sometimes pose some interesting dilemmas. How do you get to Santa Monica during rush hour in a reasonable amount of time? To eat the danger dog, or not to eat the danger dog? How about this one…what to wear to a “Christmas” brunch in which you exchange secret Santa gifts with your girlfriends when you want to look festive, but it’s 75 and sunny out, as usual? This was my dilemma the other day. Obviously, much worse things could happen to me. My solution to this small problem was just to ignore the thermometer and wear a sweater and a plaid scarf, this weather be damned! In my opinion, it would be a Christmas miracle if we could just get some chilly weather. All I am asking for is to be able to wear a coat and not be too hot while doing so….too much to ask? 😉
