fashion, Outfit of the day, personal style

Have you ever planned to visit an art museum and then asked yourself, “What the hell do I wear to an art museum?!” The other day, I asked myself that very question, and concluded that if you are going to be surrounded by works of art, you should at least wear your most graphic skirt, paired with super simple pieces for a clean, modern look. Also, a small backpack in lieu of a purse is a great decision, mostly because you’ll be able to put your full attention on all that art and less attention on how tired your one shoulder is from bearing the burden of all your earthly possessions your purse. Finish this off with some simple black booties with a not so simple heel, and you’ve got yourself an outfit fit for some art viewing. Speaking of those booties, you’ll want to know about the ones I’m wearing. If you are like me and have coveted the Jeffrey Campbell caged heel booties, know that these near perfect look-alikes I am wearing are from Forever 21. They are $35 which is a much easier credit card swipe than those Jeffrey Campbells. Go forth, and get yourself a pair! 😉
