Ok, I will be the first to admit that I am the queen of procrastination. Let’s face it, life, in general, is pretty crazy for everyone these days, but I feel like my life has been slightly on the insane side. School has really been kicking my Continue Reading
I have been on a mission lately to step up my interior decor game. I think a lot of times, I tend to focus so much on adding to my wardrobe that I don’t think to allocate some attention and budget to creating a Continue Reading
One thing at the top of my bucket list of life is to go to the Kentucky Derby. How I never made it there while I was living in Tennessee, I will never know, but in any case, I dream of the day I can attend this Continue Reading
Let’s face it: my style is not the edgiest out there. I tend to gravitate towards pink, lace, and ruffles. I honestly see nothing wrong with that, but sometimes I like to branch out and try new styles. I’ve been wanting to edge up my Continue Reading
“Florals? For Spring? Groundbreaking.” Ah yes, thank you, Miranda Priestly for keeping it real on the most enduring print for spring! Funny story…In my Gender and Communication class at UCLA this quarter, we are currently learning about Continue Reading
The 70’s seem to be alive and well again in my wardrobe! Of course…I’m not implying that they ever were alive and well before really since you know…I wasn’t alive then. I must admit, the 70’s were never an era that I was ever dying to Continue Reading
Every once in a while, a trend comes along that seems a little bit too over the top to pull off. And that’s coming from me, a person who is relatively fearless when it comes to trying out trends. I’ve been eyeing the fishnet worn under Continue Reading
I am always looking to try out new trends and add unique pieces to my wardrobe. Spring always feels like such a fresh time of year, and I love switching up my wardrobe and trying out new trends during the change of the season. Cold shoulders have been a huge trend lately, so I picked up this blouse from Shein to give this trend a shot. I love that it has a very tailored and put together vibe, but also features girly details like the ruffled collar and the bow details. It really has such a classic look but with a fun spin. What is even more to love? It is only $16, which is an incredible steal for such a pretty blouse! Check out the shopping links below to snag this for yourself!
Another awesome find I discovered lately is this little purse. Floral embroidery is also huge this year, and this bag has such fun details. I’m not going to say this is a straight dupe, but it definitely gives me sort of Burberry vibes, especially with the somewhat random, contrasting strap on the bag. It doesn’t fit a ton, but I definitely am able to fit the essentials in here without too much complaint. I definitely love the way that this bag really brings together this look while also giving an unexpected pop of color in the strap. Unique pieces like this are such great additions to your wardrobe because they make any outfit feel a little bit more special.
