How to Double Your Beach Cover-up as a Dress

IMG_9612

I could be mistaken, but I am fairly sure that this dress is actually meant as a cover-up. However, that is definitely not stopping me from wearing it as a dress, seeing as how I’ve already worn it twice this week! At first I as hesitant about this print, because it is a bit different from what I normally go for. However, I do like to get out of my fashion comfort zone from time to time, so this seemed like a great opportunity to do just that. This tunic/cover-up/dress/whatever you wanna call it is awesome because it is so comfortable. Seriously, you would be hard-pressed to find something softer or lighter to wear. I literally went from lounging around my apartment to drinks with a girlfriend in the time it took me to throw this vintage belt on. This dress also worked awesomely with some black booties and a leather jacket on a chillier day this week. This is definitely one dress that will be effortlessly taking me from the beach to happy hour this coming summer!IMG_9633
