The Vegas Dress

IMG_6949If you have been following along with me on Instagram (@missmoorestyle) and Snapchat (msmoorestyle), you probably noticed that I was in Las Vegas last weekend. Any excuse to go to Vegas and cut loose is enough for me, but I went to celebrate a friend’s 30th birthday, and it was such a blast. If ever there was a a good time to get really glammed up to go out for the night, Vegas is the place for that. However, when it comes to picking a dress for Vegas, there is a fine line between classy and trashy. My general rule of thumb is to pick one thing to show off and cover the rest. I really loved this dress because I felt like it was sexy, but still unique and different from your run of the mill body-con/bandage dress. The cut outs showed just the right amount of skin, plus the wrap style skirt was really flattering. At the end of the day, you also want to feel comfortable enough in what you are wearing so that you can walk around, dance, and have a fun time without constantly feeling like you are flashing someone, and this dress was definitely hit all those marks.
